INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 PLACE Crispy Fried Onions and flour into plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin. Transfer to shallow dish.
  • 2 DIP pork chops into beaten egg; then toss in crushed onions. Place pork chops into disposable foil pan.
  • 3 PREPARE grill for indirect cooking over medium-high heat (400°F). Cook pork chops in covered grill 20 to 25 min. or until no longer pink in center.
