1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 green bell pepper, cut into squares
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
2/3 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
ARRANGE chicken, pepper and pineapple on skewers; set aside.
MIX marmalade and mustard. Reserve 1/2 cup for dipping sauce.
COOK kabobs on greased grill over medium heat for 8 min. Turn and baste often with remaining marmalade mixture halfway during cooking.
SERVE with reserved dipping sauce.
