Near East Steak Salad

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup French's® Honey Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoon grated peeled ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 pound boneless sirloin
  • 8 cups mixed salad greens, washed and torn
  • 1 med yellow bell pepper
  • 2 green onions, thinly shredded
  • 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Combine mustard, water, teriyaki sauce, ginger and garlic in small bowl. Reserve 1 cup for dressing.
  • 2 Grill or broil steak 10 min. or until desired doneness, basting with remaining 1/2 cup dressing. Let stand 5 min.
  • 3 Slice steak. Serve over salad greens and top with remaining ingredients. Drizzle with reserved dressing.
