2/3 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 Tbsp. grated peeled ginger
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 lb. boneless sirloin, (1-inch thick) or flank steak
8 cups mixed salad greens, washed and torn
1 med yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced or orange bell pepper
2 green onions, thinly shredded
1/4 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts
Combine mustard, water, teriyaki sauce, ginger and garlic in small bowl. Reserve 1 cup for dressing.
Grill or broil steak 10 min. or until desired doneness, basting with remaining 1/2 cup dressing. Let stand 5 min.
Slice steak. Serve over salad greens and top with remaining ingredients. Drizzle with reserved dressing.
