1 lb. lean ground turkey breast
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup fresh whole wheat bread crumbs
1 large egg white
3 Tbsp. reduced fat Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp. crushed garlic
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 cup pineapple chunks or wedges
1 small red bell pepper, cut into squares
MIX turkey, oatmeal, bread crumbs, egg white, cheese, mustard, garlic and black pepper in large bowl. Shape into 24 meatballs.
PLACE 4 meatballs on each skewer, alternating with pineapple and bell pepper.
GRILL meatballs 10 min. on well greased rack over medium heat until no longer pink inside, turning often.
