6 English muffins, split and toasted
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard or FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
3 cups cut-up vegetables, (broccoli, bell peppers, green onion, carrots)
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella, Jack or Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 400°F. Arrange toasted muffins on baking sheet. Combine oil and mustard; brush evenly on muffins.
Top muffins with vegetables and cheeses. Bake 5 minutes until cheese melts.
