English muffins, split and toasted
FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard or FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
cut-up vegetables, (broccoli, bell peppers, green onion, carrots)
shredded mozzarella, Jack or Cheddar cheese
grated Parmesan cheese
HEAT oven to 400°F. Arrange toasted muffins on baking sheet. Combine oil and mustard; brush evenly on muffins.
TOP muffins with vegetables and cheeses. Bake 5 minutes until cheese melts.
