MONGOLIAN PORK CHOPS WITH GREEN ONIONS
Ingredients:
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup light molasses
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce or FRANK'S® RedHot® XTRA HOT Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1 tablespoon grated peeled ginger root
6 rib cut pork chops, 1-inch thick
2 bunches green onions
Wooden skewers, soaked in cold water
Directions:
Combine Worcestershire, molasses, ketchup, sugar, Frank's RedHot Sauce and ginger; mix well. Reserve 1/2 cup sauce. Pour remaining sauce over pork chops. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash and trim green onions. Place onions side-by-side. Fasten onions together by securing crosswise with wooden skewers.
Grill chops over medium heat 30 minutes or until pork is no longer pink. Grill onions 5 to 10 minutes until tender, basting with some of the reserved sauce. Serve chops and onions with remaining sauce on the side.
