2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. apricot preserves
1 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
4 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1 (5 oz.) bag spring mix
2 cups shredded cooked turkey
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
PREPARE dressing: whisk together vinegar, preserves and mustard in small bowl. Slowly whisk in oil until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Reserve.
PLACE salad greens in large bowl. Add turkey, cranberries, green onion, cheese and French Fried Onions. Toss just before serving.
SERVE salad on 4 serving plates. Pass the dressing on the side.
