MACARONI & CHEESE BOATS
Ingredients:
1 box (7 1/4 ounces) macaroni & cheese mix
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1 tablespoon FRENCH'S® Reduced Sodium Worcestershire Sauce (30 % less Sodium)
4 red, green or yellow bell peppers, halved lengthwise
1 1/3 cups FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions or FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
Directions:
Prepare macaroni & cheese mix in medium saucepan as directed on package using 1/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup butter. Stir in 1 cup cheese and Worcestershire; set aside.
Arrange peppers cut side up in glass baking dish. Add 1/4 cup water to baking dish and cover. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain water.
Spoon macaroni and cheese into peppers and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with French Fried Onions and microwave 2 minutes.

Variation: Add 1 cup diced cooked ham to prepared macaroni and cheese in step 1.
