1/2 cup low-fat Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3 cups (12 ounces) sliced cooked chicken
1 1/2 cups frozen whole green beans, thawed and drained
1/2 lb. cooked red potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch wedges
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery and red onion
MIX salad dressing, mustard, orange juice and peel in large bowl. Add chicken and vegetables; toss gently until evenly coated.
CHILL, covered, in refrigerator 30 min. Serve over salad greens or use as a filling in heros, if desired.
Tip:Use leftover cooked chicken or microwave 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken in microwavable dish on HIGH 7 minutes. Chill before using.
