LAYERED STEAK TACO SALAD
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds flank steak
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons ground cumin
Fiesta Salsa Dressing (recipe follows)
Tortilla chips, Shredded lettuce, Guacamole, Shredded cheese, Sour Cream
Directions:
Place steak in shallow dish. Combine Worcestershire, oil, Frank's RedHot Sauce, garlic and cumin. Pour over steak, turning to coat both sides. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes.
Grill steak over high heat for 15 minutes for medium-rare or to desired doneness, turning often. Thinly slice steak.
To assemble salad, layer tortilla chips, lettuce and sliced steak on a large platter. Serve Fiesta Salsa Dressing with salad. Garnish with guacamole, cheese and sour cream.

Fiesta Salsa Dressing
1 large ripe tomato, cut into chunks
1 can (4 ounces) mild green chilies, drained
2 green onions, coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Cover and process until very smooth. Makes 2 cups
