2 cans condensed cream of broccoli soup, 10.5 oz. each
1 cup milk
1 package 16oz. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained or 2 cups cooked chopped broccoli
2 cups cooked rice
1 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar or taco blend cheese, divided
1 1/2 cups FRENCH'S™ Crispy Jalapeños
PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
COMBINE soup, milk, broccoli, rice, onion, 1 cup cheese, and 1/2 cup Crispy Jalapeños and spoon into 2-quart baking dish.
BAKE 30 minutes, stirring half way. Top with remaining cheese and Crispy Jalapeños; bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
This is a great recipe to use the day after Thanksgiving, adding in 2 cups of cubed or shredded leftover turkey for a complete one dish meal!
