1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 cups Mexican blend cheese, divided
1 cup corn, or other vegetable
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa, divided
1 1/4 cups FRENCH'S™ Crispy Jalapeños, divided
4 small green or red bell peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Brown beef in a large nonstick skillet. Stir in 1 cup cheese, 1 1/4 cups salsa, corn and 3/4 cup FRENCH'S® Crispy Jalapeños.
ARRANGE Arrange pepper halves in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Evenly fill peppers with beef mixture. Top each pepper with remaining salsa.
COVER and bake 30 minutes or until peppers are tender. Remove cover, sprinkle with remaining cheese and Jalapenos and bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
