1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard or FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard
1/3 cup apple juice
2 Tbsp. canola oil
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 salt and pepper to taste
3 cups finely shredded red cabbage
2 red apples, cored and cut up
3 cups fresh baby spinach, washed
COMBINE mustard, juice, oil, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste; mix well.
PLACE cabbage and apples in large bowl. Pour dressing over all and toss to coat.
SPOON salad over spinach leaves just before serving,
