Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup French's® Honey Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
  • 1/3 cup apple juice
  • 2 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cups red cabbage
  • 2 red apples, cored and cut up
  • 3 cups fresh baby spinach

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 COMBINE mustard, juice, oil, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste; mix well.
  • 2 PLACE cabbage and apples in large bowl. Pour dressing over all and toss to coat.
  • 3 SPOON salad over spinach leaves just before serving,
