HEARTY BEEF & VEGETABLES
Ingredients:
4 cups frozen potato rounds
1 pound lean ground beef
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 1/3 cups FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions or FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can CAMPBELL'S® Cream of Celery Soup
1/3 cup milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon Montreal Steak seasoning blend
Directions:
Heat oven to 400°F. Arrange potatoes in bottom and up sides of 2-quart baking dish to form a shell. Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Cook beef in large skillet over high heat until well-browned, stirring to separate meat. Drain well. Add broccoli, 2/3 cup French Fried Onions and tomato. Stir in soup, milk, 1/2 cup cheese and seasoning.
Pour into potato shell. Bake, covered, 20 minutes until heated through. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake 1 minute until onions are golden.
Tips from French's
Tip: If seasoning blend is not available, substitute 1/4 teaspoon each ground black pepper and garlic salt.
