HEARTY ANTIPASTO HEROS
Ingredients:
1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard or FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 (6-inch) crusty Italian-style hero rolls, sliced in half lengthwise
1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/4 cup sliced roasted red peppers
3/4 lb. assorted sliced deli meats and cheese
1 cup lettuce
Directions:
MIX mustard and mayonnaise; spread on cut sides of rolls.
Layer remaining ingredients on bottom of rolls, dividing evenly. Cover with top half, pressing firmly.
WRAP sandwiches in foil. Bake at 400°F for 10 min. or until hot and cheese melts slightly.
