HARVEST VEGETABLE SCALLOP
Ingredients:
2 cups thinly sliced carrots
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 /13 cups FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions or FRENCH'S® Cheddar French Fried Onions
2 cups thinly sliced red potatoes
1 (8 ounce) jar pasteurized processed cheese spread
1/4 cup milk
Directions:
Heat oven to 375°F. Combine carrots, broccoli and 2/3 cup French Fried Onions in 2-quart baking dish. Tuck potato slices into vegetable mixture at an angle.
Dot vegetables evenly with cheese spread. Pour milk over vegetables.
Bake, covered, for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Top with remaining onions. Bake 3 minutes until onions are golden.
