Liven up lunchtime with these savory cupcakes that are easy to make and oh so cute. They're delicious warm from the oven but also make great lunchbox treats and are perfect for picnics! Ham & Cheese Cupcakes

Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
8 oz. sliced deli ham, chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow Mustard
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 packages Pillsbury® Grands!® Buttermilk Biscuits (16.3 oz. ea.)

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. coat 16 muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine green broccoli, ham, cheese, mustard and mayonnaise.
SEPARATE biscuits and flatten each to about 4-inch diameter. Line each muffin cup with a biscuit. Evenly divided broccoli mixture among muffin cups.
BAKE 20 minutes or until puffed and golden. If desired sprinkle with additional cheese and bake 5 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before removing.
