HAM & CHEESE CUPCAKES

Ingredients:

1 pckg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained

8 oz. sliced deli ham, chopped

1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 pckgs. (16.3 oz. ea.) Pillsbury Grand's Buttermilk Biscuits

Directions:

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Coat 16 muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine green broccoli, ham, cheese, Mustard and mayonnaise.

SEPARATE biscuits and flatten each to about 4-inch diameter. Line each muffin cup with a biscuit. Evenly divided broccoli mixture among muffin cups.

BAKE 20 minutes or until puffed and golden. If desired sprinkle with additional cheese and bake 5 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before removing.
