3 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard
1 Tbsp. pancake syrup
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
8 slices (7 x 6-inches each) sourdough bread, cut 1/2-inch thick
1/2 lb. sliced smoked turkey breast
5 ounces brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
Combine mustard, syrup and horseradish. Spread evenly onto 4 slices of bread. Layer turkey and cheese on top. Cover with second slice of bread.
Melt 1 to 2 tbsp. butter or margarine in large nonstick skillet or griddle. Cook sandwiches, two at a time, about 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Cut in half to serve.
