4 med sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard or FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 Tbsp. minced fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Place potatoes and 1 cup water in shallow microwave-safe dish. Microwave, covered, 6 min. on HIGH (100%) until potatoes are crisp-tender, turning once. Drain well. (Cook potatoes in two batches, if necessary.)
Mix mustard, oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Brush on potato slices.
Grill potatoes on greased rack over medium-high heat for 5 min. or until potatoes are fork-tender, turning and basting often with mustard mixture.
