2 (8 ounces) boneless beef sirloin, seasoned with salt and pepper
1/2 cup heavy cream or half 'n' half
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard
1 Tbsp. each minced parsley and chives
GRILL steaks over high heat about 7 min. per side for medium rare or until desired doneness. Transfer to platter; keep warm.
WHISK remaining ingredients into small skillet. Simmer 2 to 3 min. until sauce thickens slightly. Stir any juices from steak into sauce.
SLICE steak and serve with sauce.
