1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. FRANK'S RedHot® Cayenne Pepper Sauce
2 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard or FRENCH'S® Horseradish Mustard
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish, optional
1 Tbsp. minced capers
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
6 pieces salmon fillet (4 x 2 x 1-inch each)
1 salt and pepper to taste
PREPARE Cajun Tartar Sauce: combine mayonnaise, Frank's RedHot Sauce, mustard, pickle relish, capers and seasoning in medium bowl. Cover and chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
COAT an electric grill pan with nonstick cooking spray and heat for 5 min. Season fish with salt and pepper. Place fish on grill and cook 3 to 4 min. or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Serve fish with Cajun Tartar Sauce.
Tip: Serve sauce with other seafood such as grilled shrimp, sword fish or tuna steaks, or fried fish sticks.
