6 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
8 thick slices white bread or Texas toast or challah bread
4 oz. brie cheese , cut into thin slices
12 slices deli smoked honey ham
2 large eggs
2 Tbsp. butter or vegetable oil
SPREAD 1 tbsp. mustard on each of 4 slices bread. Layer cheese and ham over mustard, dividing evenly. Cover with top half of bread slices. Press down firmly.
BEAT eggs with 2 tbsp. mustard in pie plate. Dip sandwiches into beaten egg, coating both sides, shaking off excess.
MELT butter in large nonstick skillet or griddle. Cook sandwiches about 5 minutes until golden and cheese melts, turning once. Cut in half to serve.
Tips: To slice cheese easily, chill in freezer until very firm. Coat knife with cooking spray. Sandwiches may be cooked in an electric grill pan coated with nonstick cooking spray.
