GRILLED CLUB SANDWICHES

Ingredients:

1 long thin loaf French bread, cut in half lengthwise

1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise

1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Spicy Brown Mustard

1 lb. sliced deli turkey or ham

1 large tomato, sliced

8 oz. brie cheese, thinly sliced

2 cups dark salad mix

Directions:

MIX mayonnaise and mustard; spread on cut surfaces of bread. Layer remaining ingredients on bottom half of bread. Cover with top half; press down firmly.

CUT sandwich loaf into 1 1/2-inch long pieces. Thread two mini sandwiches through the crusts on a metal skewer. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.

GRILL sandwiches on medium-low heat for 5 min. until cheese melts and bread is toasted, turning once.
