GRILLED ASPARAGUS AND NEW POTATOES

Ingredients:

1 pound small red potatoes, scrubbed and quartered

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard or FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons minced fresh dill weed

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon grated lemon peel

1/8 teaspoon pepper

1 pound asparagus, washed and trimmed

Directions:

Place potatoes and water in shallow microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on HIGH 8 minutes or until potatoes are crisp-tender, rearranging once. Drain.

Combine mustard, oil, dill weed, lemon juice and peel, and pepper. Brush mixture on potatoes and asparagus. Place vegetables in grilling basket. Grill over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until potatoes and asparagus are fork-tender, turning and basting often with mustard mixture.
