1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 small onion , finely chopped
1 (12 ounce) jar peach preserves
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard
1/2 tsp. McCormick® Ground Ginger
2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
Salt , optional
McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper , optional
HEAT oil in small saucepan on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until softened. Stir in preserves, Mustard and ginger. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. Reserve 3/4 cup for dipping. Set aside remaining sauce mixture for basting.
SEASON chicken lightly with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until cooked through, brushing with remaining sauce mixture.
SERVE chicken with reserved sauce for dipping.
