We like entrees that are both sweet and tangy. The French's Mustard, peach preserves, and fresh ginger root would make a great combination.

My daughter and I try to avoid beef and pork in large amounts because it sticks to us rather well. Cooking chicken, even with my versatility (stovetop, grill, oven) can get stale. This recipe will combine a slight taste of the islands, while giving us another option on how to enjoy our bird.

THERE REALLY ISNT ANYTHING FATTENING IN THIS RECEIPE AND YET IT HAS FLAVOR. IF YOU GET PRESERVES THAT HAVE MINIMAL SUGAR YOU ARE REALLY AHEAD HEALTH WISE. THE GINGER AND THE ONIONS HAVE EXTRA HEALTH BENEFITS
