Ingredients

  • 2 pounds red potatoes, cubed
  • 1/3 cup French's® Classic Yellow Mustard
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 2 tablespoon red onion
  • 2 tablespoon minced parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 COOK potatoes in boiling salted water about 10 min. until tender; drain and cool.
  • 2 PLACE potatoes in bowl with remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
  • 3 SEASON with salt and pepper to taste. Chill.
