Glazed Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry Sub

Ingredients

1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard or French's® Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
1 Tbsp. Light brown sugar or honey
1 Tbsp. grated, peeled ginger root
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1 cup coarsely chopped red bell peppers or yellow bell peppers
1/2 cup coarsely chopped red onion, and plum tomatoes
4 Italian heros, split (about 8 inches each)
2 cups shredded Napa cabbage or Romaine lettuce

Directions

COMBINE mustard, teriyaki sauce, sugar substitute, ginger and vinegar in small bowl; set aside.
HEAT oil in large skillet or wok over high heat. Stir-fry chicken 5 minutes until no longer pink. Add vegetables and stir-fry 2 minutes until just tender. Pour sauce mixture over stir-fry and cook 1 minute.
ARRANGE cabbage on rolls and top with equal portions of stir-fry. Close rolls. Serve warm.

Tips

Tips: Serve this stir-fry just over shredded Napa cabbage for a dinner entree. If desired, substitute 1 pound sliced boneless pork or steak for the chicken.
