GINGER PEACH CHICKEN
4 (5 oz.) boneless skinless chicken breasts
2/3 cup peach preserves
1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard or FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp. grated peeled ginger root or 1 tsp. ground ginger
HEATa large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Cook chicken about 5 min. per side until browned and cooked through. Remove to plate; keep warm.
STIR remaining ingredients into skillet. Boil about 5 min. until slightly thickened.
ADD chicken to skillet. Heat through.
