FRUIT SALAD WITH ORANGE POPPY SEED DRESSING
Ingredients:
1/4 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
3 tablespoons FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon FRENCH'S® Reduced Sodium Worcestershire Sauce (30 % less Sodium)
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/2 cup canola or corn oil
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
6 cups cut-up fruit (oranges, pink grapefruit, melon, strawberries, grapes, apples)
Lettuce leaves
Directions:
Place juice, vinegar, mustard, honey, Worcestershire and orange peel in blender or food processor. Cover and process until well blended. Gradually add oil in a steady stream, processing until very smooth. Stir in poppy seeds.
Arrange fruit on lettuce leaves on large platter. Spoon dressing over fruit just before serving.
