1/4 cup orange juice
3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. Honey
1 Tbsp. French's® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup canola oil or corn oil
1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
1 lettuce leaves
6 cups cut-up fruit, such as oranges, pink grapefruite, cantaoupe, strawberries, grapes and apples
COMBINE juice, vinegar, mustard, honey, Worcestershire, orange peel and salt in blender or food processor. Cover and process on high speed until well blended. Gradually add oil; blend until very smooth. Stir in poppy seed.
ARRANGE lettuce leaves on serving platter. Place fruit on lettuce. Spoon dressing over fruit just before serving.
