FRUIT SALAD WITH ORANGE POPPY SEED DRESSING
1/4 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
3 tablespoons FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup canola or corn oil
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
6 cups cut-up fruit, such as oranges, pink grapefruit, cantalope, strawberries, grapes, apples
Combine juice, vinegar, mustard, honey, Worcestershire, orange peel and salt in blender or food processor. Cover and process on high speed until well blended. Gradually add oil; blend until very smooth. Stir in poppy seed.
Arrange lettuce leaves on serving platter. Place fruit on lettuce. Spoon dressing over fruit just before serving.
