1 1/2 lbs. boneless sirloin steak or skirt steak or flank steak
1/2 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
2 cloves garlic , minced
COMBINE Worcestershire, lime juice, cumin and garlic. Pour half of marinade over steak in large, shallow non-aluminum baking dish or plastic bag.
COVER, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 30 minutes to 3 hours.
REMOVE steak from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill or broil steak, turning once and brushing frequently with remaining marinade, until steak is done. Serve in flour tortillas, if desired.
