FRENCH'S® CRUNCH TIME SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN
1 pckg. FRENCH'S® Crunch Time Entrée® Sweet & Sour
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 egg, lightly beaten
COAT IT. Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix flour with Crunchy Coating. Dip chicken in egg, then coat with Crunchy Coating.
BAKE IT. Arrange chicken on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
TOP IT. Drizzle Sweet & Sour Sauce evenly over chicken. Serve and enjoy!

The taste is good. However there is not nearly enough of the crumb mixture or the sauce for 1.5 lbs. of chicken as the instructions say. I had to finish off with panko crumbs and bottled sauce and honestly I think that was just as good or better. I would only buy this again if it is on sale and I have a coupon.

This is delicious. My kids absolutely loved it and so did my husband and I. The sauce isn't too sweet it's just right. I didn't have any pork so I made it with chicken and it turned out just perfectly. In fact I didn't make enough because we ate it all and wanted more.
