FRENCH'S CLASSIC MEATLOAF

Ingredients:

1 lb. lean ground beef

5 tbsp. FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow® Mustard, divided

2 tbsp. honey barbecue sauce

1 egg, beaten

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup finely minced onion

6 tbsp. dried Italian bread crumbs

2 tbsp. minced parsley

Directions:

PLACE meat in large bowl. Mix 2 tbsp. mustard with barbecue sauce; set aside for glaze.

ADD remaining 3 tbsp. mustard and remaining ingredients to meat in bowl. Gently mix until combined. Shape into small loaf in greased baking dish.

BAKE at 350°F for 50 min. until meat tests done (160°F internal temperature). Baste meat with reserved glaze. Bake 5 min. longer.
