2/3 cup FRENCH'S® Tomato Ketchup, divided
2 Tbsp. FRENCH'S® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
4 Angus beef patties
4 oz. fresh mozzarella with prosciutto roll, cut into 8 slices
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1 12-inch focaccia bread, cut into 4 wedges and sliced in half to form a 'bun'
COMBINE 1/3 cup Ketchup and Worcestershire. Grill or broil burgers brushing frequently with Ketchup mixture, until desired doneness. Top each burger with 2 slices mozzarella and prosciutto roll. Grill 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
COMBINE remaining 1/3 Ketchup with mayonnaise and basil.
ARRANGE burgers on focaccia and serve with basil ketchup. Top with roasted red pepper if desired.
