1/3 cup Olive oil
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
8 cups Shredded romaine lettuce
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives
4 flat bread rounds or pocket-less pitas, toasted or grilled
1 (4 ounce) package goat or Feta cheese, crumbled
WHISK oil, mustard, vinegar, oregano and 2 tbsp. water in large bowl. Add lettuce, tomatoes and olives. Toss until well coated.
CUT bread rounds into wedges; place on serving plates. Spoon salad mixture on top, dividing evenly. Sprinkle each with cheese.
Tip: For a low-carb salad, omit pita bread, and if desired, serve with cooked shrimp.
