3 cup (6 ounces) FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 small (5 oz.) skinless boneless chicken breast
2 cups prepared marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
CRUSH Crispy Fried Onions in plastic bag with hands or rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper
COMBINE mayonnaise and cheese. Brush mixture on chicken. Dip into onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on baking sheet.
BAKE at 350°F for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center or till 165°F internal temperature.
TOP each breast with 1/2 cup marinara and 1/2 cup mozzarella. Broil till bubbly under med/high about 3-5 minutes.
Great with an arugula salad dressed with lemon, olive oil and grated parmesan or 1 lb of pasta tossed with butter and cheese.
