EASY CHICKEN PARMESAN

Ingredients:

3 cups (6 oz.) FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

4 small (5 oz.) skinless boneless chicken breast

2 cup prepared marinara sauce

2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Crush French Fried Onions in plastic bag with hands or rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper

Combine mayonnaise and cheese. Brush mixture on chicken. Dip into onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on baking sheet. Tip-Line sheet with no stick foil

Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes or until no longer pink in center or till 165F internal temp

Top each breast with 1/2 cup marinara and 1/2 cup mozzarella. Broil till bubbly under med/high about 3-5 minutes.
