Easy BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

This recipe, using pork tenderloin, is a speedy version of traditional pulled pork made from slow cooking pork shoulder.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 GRILL pork over medium-high heat for 30 min. or until well-browned and no longer pink in center (160°F internal temperature). Let rest 10 min.
  • 2 CUT meat into 3-inch pieces. Shred meat with the grain into bite-size pieces using tines of fork. Transfer to saucepan.
  • 3 STIR in ketchup, molasses, mustard and Worcestershire; heat through. Serve on rolls.
