1/4 cup orange juice

3 tbsp. cider vinegar

1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard

2 tbsp. brown sugar

1 tsp. grated orange peel

1/2 cup olive oil


WHISK together juice, vinegar, mustard, sugar and orange peel in medium bowl.

ADD oil slowly, whisking until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

SERVE over salad greens. Garnish with fresh fruit and sliced almonds, if desired.

" I cook alot with dijon mustard and French's is my go to brand choice. I was very excited to find this recipe on the back of the bottle and just so happened to have some orange juice at my house that I needed to use up before it went bad. I didn't use the orange zest just because I was being lazy but I don't really think it would have made much of a difference. This is now going to be my go to FRESH dressing recipe when I want something tangy instead of creamy. Thank you French's! "
