DIJON CITRUS VINAIGRETTE
1/4 cup orange juice
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 cup olive oil
WHISK together juice, vinegar, mustard, sugar and orange peel in medium bowl.
ADD oil slowly, whisking until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
SERVE over salad greens. Garnish with fresh fruit and sliced almonds, if desired.
