CRUNCHY ONION MACARONI & CHEESE

Ingredients:

3 tbsp. butter

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp. salt

2-1/2 cups milk

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

8 oz. pasta, cooked and drained

2 cups FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

Directions:

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Melt butter in medium saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour and salt. Gradually stir in milk and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and bubbly, about 5 minutes. Stir in cheese.

TOSS cooked pasta with cheese sauce and 1 cup FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions and turn into 1-1/2 quart casserole.

BAKE 20 minutes or until mixture is bubbling. Top with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
