CRUNCHY ONION BRUSCHETTA

Ingredients:

16 slices French or Italian bread

1 large clove garlic

2 tomatoes, chopped (about 2 cups)

3/4 cup lightly crushed FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions

2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil

1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Rub bread slices with garlic. Toast lightly.

Combine remaining ingredients.

Spoon about 2 tablespoons tomato mixture onto each bread slice. Top with additional French Fried Onions if desired.
