CRUNCHY ONION & ARTICHOKE DIP
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
2 1/2 cups FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions
1 can (14oz) artichokes, drained and chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella
2 large cloves garlic, crushed
Preheat oven 375°F. Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup French Fried Onions and turn into 1-quart casserole.
Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining French Fried Onions and bake 5 minutes or until hot.
