4 med baking potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/8-inch thick (2 1/2 lbs.)
2 cups FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions
2 cups half 'n half
3/4 cup ricotta cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
3/4 cup shredded white Cheddar or Swiss cheese
PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Arrange potatoes and 1 cup Crispy Fried Onions in greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Combine half 'n` half, ricotta cheese, salt, garlic powder and pepper; whisk until well combined. Pour over potatoes; stir gently.
BAKE, uncovered, 50 minutes until potatoes are tender.
SPRINKLE with Cheddar cheese and remaining onions. Bake 3 minutes until cheese melts and onions are golden.
Tip: If desired, stir in 2 cups diced ham along with cheese mixture.
