2 cups (4 oz.) Oignons frits à la française FRENCH’S®
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. boneless chicken tenders
CRUSH French Fried Onions in plastic bag with hands or rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper.
COMBINE mayonnaise and cheese. Brush mixture on chicken. Dip into onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on baking sheet.
BAKE at 400°F for 15 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
Look for FRENCH'S® French Fried Onions in the canned vegetable aisle! Tip: If chicken tenders are not available, substitute boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch wide strips.
