CRISPY ONION CHICKEN
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups FRENCH'S® Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup FRENCH'S® Honey Dijon Mustard or FRENCH'S® Honey Mustard
Directions:
Heat oven to 400°F. Crush French Fried Onions in plastic bag with hands or rolling pin. Transfer to sheet of waxed paper.
Spread mustard evenly on chicken. Coat with onion crumbs; pressing gently to adhere.
Place in baking pan. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
