2 cups cubed crusty bread , (1-inch cubes)
2 cups FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions , divided
2 cups milk
1/3 cup FRENCH'S® Classic Yellow Mustard
2 tsp. McCormick® Parsley Flakes
1/2 tsp. McCormick® Coarse Ground Black Pepper
1 package (about 16 ounces) Breakfast sausage , cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup chopped red bell peppers
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese , divided
PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Spread bread cubes and 1 cup of the Crispy Fried Onions in bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
BEAT eggs, milk, Mustard, parsley and pepper in large bowl until well blended. Stir in sausage, bell pepper and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese. Pour egg mixture over bread cubes.
BAKE 35 to 40 minutes or until center is set. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and Crispy Fried Onions during last 5 minutes of baking. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
