3 cup (6 ounces) FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions or FRENCH'S® Crispy Fried Onions White Cheddar
6 large chicken drumsticks, (about 2 lbs.)
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
HEAT oven to 375°F. Place Crispy Fried Onions into plastic bag. Crush with hands or rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper.
COAT drumsticks with flour; shake off excess. Dip drumsticks into beaten eggs, then coat in crushed onions.
PLACE drumsticks on baking sheet. Bake 45 min. or until no longer pink near bone.
